mandatory annual negotiations
Management
blocks strike continues

After left Thursday night on a statement of disagreement, the unions and management met at the initiative of the latter, again this Friday at noon.
Management has stated its intention not to block the negotiations and made a new proposal: give a bonus of 130 euros gross this fall, plus the premium of the national agreement of EUR 200 gross, while still denying any increase perennial index. This, in three conditions: stop the strike, the immediate signing of agreements printing, negotiation immediate lower RTT in all categories. The Inter
in a spirit of openness, has committed to attend the general meeting of the staff proposal to replace the national index increased by 0.70% with a gross premium of 200 euros (plus than EUR 200 national), recognizing the financial difficulties of the company. But Inter has accompanied this proposal on two requirements: See the January 2011 opening of negotiations on the RTT and the HNP, while studying the integration of 2010 in bonuses and salaries. Management has
not accepted these proposals and reiterated its willingness to open negotiations now on the RTT, on the basis of a decline that can not be limited to "two or three days." For, ultimately, to the membership of the General Assembly the proposals of the Inter, announcing the termination of negotiations with Inter and the "call" representatives of each class to negotiate separately the amount of the premium Fall 2010 ... and the RTT.
The General Assembly reiterated its desire that the negotiations on wages are Inter held in refusing to bind to the questioning of agreements on the RTT.
Despite the advance of labor, taking into account the economic situation promptly of the business, management refused to accept our proposals. So she takes full responsibility for the continuation of conflict, that the company would do well to avoid. The indefinite strike continues so.
Knowing that the number expected to work this weekend, is reduced and further movement will rest on the shoulders of a few, it is more necessary than ever to play solidarity (see Appeal below). The next
general staff meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 31, at 15 pm, the garage the newspaper's offices in Tours.
  • A call for solidarity is now-and-already launched to employees of NR through each organization union (FILPAC CGT, SNJ, SNJ-CGT). Cheques should be sent to the treasurers of the various unions and will be later distribution. The principle is as follows: an employee not on leave or strike is called upon to pay a half day's pay for each day of strike, which will be donated to an employee strike.
